Congenital Parameatal Urethral Cyst in The Male: A Case Report and Review of Literature

Purpose:: To report one case of parameatal urethral cyst.Background : Parameatal cyst is a scarce congenital condition that was first reported in two males 1956, until now literature only found less than 50 cases, both adults and children. Our patient, 5 years old boy reported. Complete excision with total removal the epithelium required management for treatment prevention reocurrance.Case Report:a male cystic lesion around meatus since birth. At least month parents complain distorted urinary flow poor appearance, no other symptom, history trauma. On physical examination, mass spherical shape which about 0.5 cm diameter external meatus. There inflammatory sign. And there normal blood laboratory (blood counts chemistry) urine (urine analysis culture). The patient undergo completely under general anaesthesia, remove all lining epithelium. Good appearance results were obtained after 2 months follow up, without meatal strictures stream problems, postoperative complications or recurrence.
